The People Team

Our People team look after the entire Autocentre workforce across the UK. It’s a big job, but one they understand is key to delivering real customer satisfaction. They listen, inspire, encourage and support. And, in return, they enjoy lots of opportunities to develop.

IT

Ensuring colleagues across the business are connected is key to our success. In IT, that can mean anything from supporting the bespoke point-of-sale (POS) system in use in Autocentres across the UK, or ensuring IT systems and management information are up to the job of supporting our people in doing their job well. These are vital roles that impact on almost every person here.

Marketing & Commercial Team

Our Marketing and digital gurus apply their knowledge and creativity to maximise our marketing from advertising, CRM, promotions and merchandising, to encouraging existing customer loyalty and attracting new customers.

Our dedicated digital team are focused on improving the user experience at every point in the customer journey. They are constantly updating and evolving our online presence across the website, by creating engaging content, and helping us optimise the opportunities for customer engagement offered by social media and search engines.

Operations

Our Operations team excels in delivering a unique combination of selling, fitting, repairing and testing. They love keeping abreast of new products and customer platforms as they are developed and rise to the challenge every day.

Fleet Support Team

Our dedicated Fleet Support Team offers support to both Fleet clients and our Operations team, ensuring our Fleet clients’ journeys go as smoothly as possible. They support the Business Development team in opening new and managing existing accounts and they offer booking management across multiple platforms, producing bespoke reports for the business.

Customer Service Team

Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do, so our Customer Service and Contact Centre teams enjoy diverse and varied roles. That includes everything from general enquiries to bookings, refunds and customer feedback. More importantly, we aim to make every interaction a positive and value-adding one, ensuring customers return and new ones are impressed with the level of service. It’s a hard working, yet fun environment where there’s lots of scope to progress.

Commercial Team

Our Commercial team make sure we deliver the right products and services for our customers. They do this by thinking about what’s best from the customer’s perspective. Strong influencers and negotiators, they work hard to ensure we get the best deals from our suppliers. Whatever their category, they take ownership of everything, from the trading plans to production of compelling marketing campaigns, ably supported by their colleagues in Marketing. Finance Team

Working closely with the business, our Finance team produce robust accounts and provide the insightful analysis that drives performance.
