All salaries are reviewed regularly to make sure we stay competitive and we reward performance through a variety of intitiatives affecting total pay.

Everyone has an opportunity to participate in a bonus scheme which rewards you for your personal contribution as well as the success of the business. We place great store in the fact that the greater your influence in the business, the greater the proportion of your total remuneration is dependant on success.

As well as salary, we aim to provide a comprehensive rewards package which always includes paid holiday, staff discount of 15% on all products, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, a share save scheme and flexibility around working hours. Other aspects of the benefits package such as share options, medical insurance and cars are offered depending on the type and seniority of the roles.
