We work as partners with the business, supporting the commercial focus of the organisation and ensuring that we add value by enhancing the ability of our people to continually drive the business forward. From Regional HR Business Partners supporting Store Managers with their people issues to far-reaching employment strategies that will affect the type, number and deployment of people we select and recruit in the future, our contribution can have a real impact on the success of the business.
We have a number of key priorities; the recruitment and retention of talent and development of all individuals within the business, together with the support of managers in the way they improve performance across the whole business - all 460 stores and 9,500 people.
The team is made up of specialists in key areas like People Development and Health & Safety, but there are a large number of generalists working in Redditch and throughout the field network supporting Store and Area Managers.
