Graduates
Not sure whether you want a career in Buying, Marketing or Ecommerce?

Our two-year programme provides graduates with a great opportunity to gain experience in our Commercial and Marketing teams, spending time in a Buying role and in Marketing or E-Commerce and is a great foundation for building your career at Halfords. As part of your induction you will spend time working at the heart of our business in our stores. When you return from store, you will have one placement in a Buying team and the second placement will either be in Marketing or E-Commerce.

Industrial placements
If you're looking for a real job where you will gain hands on experience, the Halfords placement scheme could be for you. Each year we hire two placement students to join our busy Commercial and Marketing Teams. One successful student will spend 12 months in our Buying team, the other in our Marketing team.
