With thousands of products across hundreds of ranges, we ensure that every single item we sell is safe, legal and fit for purpose. Our Quality team is central to that - supporting our Trading teams on new product lines, product development and costs.
Our in-store teams need to have access to all the information our customers might ask for. And it's our Parts Support team who support them with this - managing the data information process for our products and parts.
Our Space Planning team manages the wider layouts and planograms for all stores within our portfolio. Their aim is to make sure our stores and shelves are arranged in the way that maximises sales and helps customers to find what they want easily.
We have two offices in the Far East, one in Shanghai and one in Hong Kong. The teams here help us reduce costs and third party sourcing by finding, developing and maintaining commercial relationships directly with Far East manufacturers.
