Area manager
Area Managers lead and develop a team of Store Managers to deliver business strategies, whilst ensuring that we provide consistently exceptional customer service. Using their commercial awareness, they keep our customers at the heart of our business and act as a catalyst for change - minimising disruption and maximising our commercial performance.

Store manager
Managing a Halfords store is all about inspiring, motivating and coaching your team to deliver first-class customer service and store standards. Responsible for the overall operation of your store, you'll play a key role in hitting our targets, implementing our business strategy and developing our profitability as well as our people.

Sales manager
Sales Managers lead and improve the standards of customer service delivered by their team. This involves day-to-day planning, enhancing our fitting services, meeting sales targets, contributing to promotions and developing the technical capabilities, product knowledge and skills of your store colleagues.

Sales Managers also run the store in the absence of the Store Manager. And depending on the store's size, larger locations also have an Auto Leisure Sales Manager and a Bikehut Sales Manager.

Duty manager
Duty Managers support the management team in leading, developing and managing store colleagues. Their role is crucial, and covers a broad remit that includes raising our level of exceptional customer service, sales floor management, planning day-to-day duties, ensuring that we deliver excellent fitting services and enabling us to achieve weekly store targets. Duty Managers also run the store in the absence of the Store or Sales Managers.
