I'm a Customer Support Advisor, this entails ensuring the customers have what they need and being on hand to answer any queries they may have.
On a typical day, I'd be picking up customer queries on the phone, by email and on Live Chat, ensuring that everything goes smoothly with their resolution.
The best thing about working here is that it is challenging; and as challengingas it can get, we're all like a family and we all help one another out. There will always be support no matter which department you work in.
There will always be challenges, i.e. something may go wrong with a product a customer has, but dealing with it is all about knowing what the issue is, and finding the best way to resolve it so the customer has a great experience and can get the problems sorted as soon as possible.
The training is fantastic! Whenever there is something which you're not too sure on, you'll always have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, whether it be through other colleagues or even through workshops which have been arranged.
Someone who enjoys a challenge, who is determined and works hard.
