Our dedicated Fleet Support Team offers support to both Fleet clients and our Operations team, ensuring our Fleet clients’ journeys go as smoothly as possible. They support the Business Development team in opening new and managing existing accounts and they offer booking management across multiple platforms, producing bespoke reports for the business.
Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do, so our Customer Service and Contact Centre teams enjoy diverse and varied roles. That includes everything from general enquiries to bookings, refunds and customer feedback. More importantly, we aim to make every interaction a positive and value-adding one, ensuring customers return and new ones are impressed with the level of service.
