Our Deputy Managers are brilliant retail leaders, accountable for the day to day running of our stores in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsible for the customer experience, for maximising profit and minimising loss, our Deputy Managers support the Store Manager to lead, develop and manage teams.
Customers and colleagues are at the heart of this role, which will also see you carry out effective sales floor management, plan day-to-day duties and ultimately ensure we provide the very best service to our customers. You’ll ensure we achieve weekly store targets, and contribute to the success of promotions, whilst helping to develop your store colleagues’ technical capabilities, product knowledge and skills.
And through it all, you’ll also be focused on ensuring we deliver excellent fitting and repair services and seeing how we can raise our level of exceptional customer service.
