  I help to advise customers on which bike they should buy. I also advise them on parts and clothing, as well as building and repairing bikes.

• What do you get up to on a typical day?

  I build and repair bikes and help customers in the store.

• What’s the best thing about working here?

  The friendly colleagues and having the opportunity to help others.

• What challenges have you faced and how did you deal with them?

  Dealing with customers who aren't satisfied with the service they have received is a challenge. It's important to go above and beyond what is required and do something to change their opinion of Halfords.

  Halfords offers numerous training courses to help extend your knowledge.

• What's been your biggest achievement?

  Making sure all bikes are ready around the holiday season.
