I’m a Regional General Manager for North London which includes 17 sites. During the day I visit sites coaching and helping develop our colleagues to get the best performance out of them.

Every day colleague issues and I use my team around me for support, we have great teamwork in my region.
Training is a big area for focus and we are carrying out tech grades to help improve the skill set with our colleagues. We also have an Aspire course to help develop Managers into Regional General Managers.
My biggest achievement in Halfords is that I started as a Technician on the workshop floor and I’ve worked my way up to be a Regional General Manager now.
