  I researched Halfords online and looking at their values I thought ‘yeah, this is the place to be for me!’

• Tell us a bit about your role…

  I work at the Coventry Distribution Centre and I predominantly help stores with any queries they’ve got on their deliveries.

• Tell us about the training and development...

  Halfords provide a really good training and development programme across the business. For me personally, I completed my Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration.

• What’s the best thing about working here?

  For me, working at Halfords is working alongside some brilliant people. We have a great team at the Distribution Centre and everyone helps each other.

• What's been your biggest achievement?

  My biggest achievement while working for Halfords would be completing my Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration but also providing a great service for all our shops and customers.

• What do you think makes someone successful at Halfords?

  I think to be successful at Halfords you really need to be the type of person who is going to go that extra mile to help the customer.

• And, to anyone thinking about applying, what would you tell them?

  I would tell them to do it. It’s a great company, with great people and a lot of prospects to further your career.
