In every one of our 460+ stores, our Assistant Managers are the vital link between colleague and manager, supporting each in very different ways to continually raise the bar in terms of customer service and stepping up to the role of Manager, confidently and capably.
That includes supporting the Store Manager to lead, develop and manage teams, while also undertaking a diverse range of jobs, from sales floor management through planning day-to-day duties to ensuring we provide the very best service to customers and achieve weekly store targets. You’ll also contribute to the success of promotions and help to develop your store colleagues’ technical capabilities, product knowledge and skills.
And through it all, you’ll also be focused on ensuring we deliver excellent fitting and repair services and seeing how we can raise our level of exceptional customer service.
