Working as a Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisors

Go on. Go the extra mile as a Customer Service Advisor.

These are no ordinary Customer Service jobs. Our Advisors are at the heart of our business, helping our customers on their journeys every day. So, in return, we invest in getting our people to where they want to be, whether that’s working confidently in a specialist area, learning new skills or progressing to management and beyond.

Our Customer Service Advisors are the face of Halfords, helping customers with their knowledge and expertise, and offering the kind of friendly service that makes us a destination for people going places. We always go the extra mile: fitting bulbs, blades, batteries and much more.

If you’re confident, positive and a real team player, you’ll fit right in at Halfords. If you like cars, bikes or the great outdoors, you’ll  thrive on inspiring customers, helping them to get the most out of their journeys. If you have a real passion for retail and want to learn more as part of a close knit team, this could just be the beginning of something really big.

Whether you join us full or part-time, you can have as much responsibility, challenge and opportunity as you like. It’s up to you to take it wherever you want.

All our in-store colleagues can take advantage of Gears, a multi-level training programme that goes from the basics to more advanced and specialist knowledge. Moving through Gears 1-3 also offers the opportunity to enhance your pay – so the immediate rewards are excellent too. Find out more about the Gears training and opportunities to move into management with the our in-house management training programme.
